Josh is the guy for managing our biggest projects and quoting the most interesting work. With over 20 years in construction that spans from raising custom log homes to retrofitting energy-efficient lighting packages for commercial installations, he’s seen almost everything. In his spare time, the pressure of managing so many projects isn’t enough, so he enjoys taking part in track days.
Carol is the glue that keeps our installers and our clients connected. She’s been working in the glass business for 18 years, and can handle everything from ordering to warranty claims, scheduling and quoting glass repairs. She loves getting outdoors on her days off and doting on her dogs.
For a lot of our customers Shoulynn’s friendly voice is the first and last interaction they have with our team. Channeling the flow of information that to the right people, quoting glass repairs, learning from Carol and taking great care of our clients fill her work days. Outside of the office, Shoulynn an avid gamer and artist.
Rod has over 20 years (way over) in the glass and window business. When no one else knows how to solve a strange hardware problem, Rod’s our go-to for expertise. Clients also love his work, and the lucky ones find out he’s hysterically funny too.
Jeff is our go-to glass guru. From tricky installs to tough measurements, he has the knowledge to get the job done. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff loves hiking and camping throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Brad was trained in glazing at the Tongue Point Job Corps Center in Astoria, Or. He will be a great addition to our team, he’s going to have a long successful career in helping people get glass done right. When he’s not working, he likes to work on cars and be social with friends. He also enjoys working out and traveling.
Cameron went to college at Highline College for Business and is learning from the front lines. He likes watching movies and going to concerts. Cameron is also a drummer that loves to travel.
Dan is on a mission to help homeowners and property managers get good, quality work done with energy-efficient products. A firm believer that all people deserve good jobs Dan supports the #KeepCraftAlive movement. In his spare time he also parents and listens to music.
